Updated comments:I was excited to get a laptop with windows 7 and Microsoft office as that’s what works for me, I was a bit disappointed to get the laptop, although in good condition did not have Microsoft office, instead it had the Apache Office free version. I also got an error code upon turning on the computer but I called customer service and they were great which is why I’m updating my original post. They offered to send me the program and replace the laptop or refund it. They were courteous, professional, and very apologetic about the whole thing, so I would say they are great to order from and work with if you do run into an issue but otherwise I found the product just okay but others have had great experience. I would recommend based on the physical condition of the laptop and great customer service.

Just as described. Arrived well packaged and in like new condition and ready to go. Everything had been updated had programs I use already installed. It's as fast of faster than my desktop with WIN 7. Would highly recommend if your a fan of WIN 7. Only thing is the battery only last about an hour. Might have to look into a new battery. Still a good deal for the price!

I used windows10, in many laptops and desktop, I was never satisfied or happy with. One day I decided to look for a windows 7 laptop, and I found it, here in Amazon, and a Dell latitude laptop. As soon as it arrived, I fell in love with it, I did all I needed, I used the printer, I used the webcam, I watched movies, and up to now, it works like a new one. The outside also looks like new. Very satisfied with Dell laptops.

Over all, It has worked pretty good for me. Early on the internal sound card failed. I was able to get around it by installing a bluetooth dongle and small speaker. Also i just found out that the CD/DVD drive is a read only device. So if you're planning on burning any files to a cd or dvd, you're out of luck. Also the WIFI card sometimes wouldn't work properly.

I had a problem, the Dell power cable that was sent with the computer, was "dead", not working, hence to figure out if that was the problem or the battery, I needed to purchase a new, generic, power cable, for $64. So I contacted Harry, and we communicated, and Harry is in the process of sending me a Dell power cord, so my battery can be charged. It took some going back and forth, but we came to an agreement. I haven't received the Dell power cord yet, but it's in the "works". Harry was kind and reasonable during this process. We'll see, if all is well, when the Dell power cable arrives.

I wanted Windows 7 and wanted it portable on a laptop. But you can't put this on your lap for more than a few minutes! It is very very heavy, which might be okay for a desk like a desktop. But the battery life is short, about an hour or a bit more without being plugged in, like a desktop. It also runs very hot! So when I put it on my lap, it nearly burns. I made the wrong decision in getting this without realizing the size, weight, heat, and short battery life. So now I have to use it sparingly, which was not my intent. Otherwise, this refurbished Windows 7 runs fine with a bright screen, so far.

This is a nice laptop for work. A little slow in loading up some pages due to the type of work I do, but for simple websites, spreadsheets, etc it works great

This Dell laptop supposedly had a core I7 processor but had a more modern I5 instead. In looking up the performance of both processors, the much newer I5 was faster than the original I7 was. They did increase the size of the SS drive to double that advertised. EXCELLENT product from a valued supplier. (The wife has a software program that does not run on a version of windows greater than windows 7.)
