How to make bootable USB Mac OS High Sierra?
 Show 1.0 out of 5 stars I hate to say but this is a scam The product seems to be a University of Michigan's property. You cannot update the software upon installation as it will freeze your system. The vendor left a paper to contact them first in case of an issue but they do not reply to emails, and of course, there is no number to get them. Now the device doesn't work at all, it was a waste of time and money. Now I can't even return it to amazon. Heed my plea, stay away. See attached of where my computer has been stuck for the past 3 days. And no it is not the HD, I triple check and even installed a new HD. The USB with High Sierra worked great and instructions were helpful. I did this manually before on another computer with a different version of the Mac OS and it was painful so appreciate the quick tool. I had an extra ssd from an upgrade so i decided to throw it in the book. Well with no OS i was kinda bummed as the original disk was not in the sleeve but a fleetwood mac cd was. I looked around on line and found some links but the all lead me to the same failure. Took a chance with this and boom... OS installed and now i have a working mac book pro. I tried to reinstall it from the recovery drive on the computer but had no luck and kept getting errors. I found this item available online and decided to give it a try. It worked like a charm!
